 Price and validity
The prices are applied for the period as indicated in the invoice or document delivered to the client. Asean Tours guarantees the validity of the tariffs given to the client at the moment of delivery. However, some changes can occur due to new dramatic national issues (such as remarkable fluctuation of exchange rate, new governmental taxes, etc.) Of course our service is guaranteed, so we will always keep the client informed about all things.
We accept payment in both USD and Euro. In case the client would like to pay in Euro, the exchange rate is based on the rate issued by the Vietnamese bank at the time of final payment

The reservation is effective only when you already reconfirmed it and transfer a certain deposit to Asean Tours.
Deposits
Asean Tours must receive a deposit from the client as 30% of total tour cost at least 30 days before the client's arrival. Deposit should be sent by bank draft or transfer to bank account of Asean Tours.
Your reservation is effective only when you have done this deposits already.

After customers arrive in Vietnam the balance will be regulated or transferred to our bank account of Asean Tours:

Credit transfer of which expenses are with the load of Client/Agency will be carried out through the above account
 Liquid : only after the agreement of the two parts
Travellers'cheque : only after the agreement of the two parts; 3% of expenses are with the load of Client/ Agency.

Credit card : in the event of payment by credit card, 3% of expenses are the responsibility of the customers who will have to print the card of credit and fill in, then fax it to us by the following number : + 00 84 4 8641293. The original copy of this filled card and photocopies of your credit card will have to be sent to Asean Tours, that is regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment with our Agency.
As of the payment of and installment or balances on behalf of Client/ Agency, Asean Tours will draw up the acknowledgement of delivery which will give to Client/ Agency before or with the arrival of the travelers in Vietnam.
Cancellation
The contract between Asean Tours and the client can only be cancelled by us if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems etc...occur. In this case, the clients will receive back the total sum of service .
Services are cancelled by the client:
In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees should be paid:
More than 30 days in advance of our service : 0 %
From 10 to 30 days in advance of our service : 10 % of the total sum
From 3 days to 10 days in advance of our service : 20 % of the total sum
Less than 3 days hours in advance of our service : 30 % of the total tour cost
This fee scheme counts for all services booked at Asean Tours. The refund to the client is done by banking transfer, where the party who cancels pays the banking fee.
Responsibility
Asean Tours is not responsible for things not mentioned in the contract.
During tours, the clients must follow all rules and regulations informed by our guides or by our services supplier
Disagreements and disputes
In case of disagreements and/or disputes, both parties (Asean Tours and its clients) must try to find a friendly solution by way of negotiation at first. If the negotiation fails, the case must be taken to International Arbitration Centre under Vietnam Commercial and Industrial Chamber. All claims must be written and submitted to Asean Tours within 30 days after the end of services . |
